Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow any returns.

However, I want you to love your earrings. If there are any issues with how the earring is made, I will happily replace it with another pair from my stock within one month of purchase. Shipping will be paid by the buyer.

This only applies to regular priced items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
